The words of Anhui Agricultural University were written by Mr. Shu Tong, and the pattern consisted of book-like vegetation and the rising sun in Ran Ran. The middle 1928 stands for Anhui University, which was founded in 1928. The whole design symbolizes the long history of the school, which is an institution of higher learning featuring agriculture and forestry.

School motto:

Unity: unite to achieve the same goal; Diligence: Insist on seeking truth from facts (work or study): Seeking truth from facts. Observe objectively or calmly to gain a correct understanding of objective reality; Innovation: a conceptualization process characterized by new thinking, new inventions and new descriptions.

The leaders of the Party Committee and the Youth League Committee of Anhui Agricultural University directly guide the four student associations: the Student Union, the Federation of Student Associations, the Federation of Young Volunteers and the College Students' Quality Development Center.

Anhui Agricultural University has 59 student associations in six categories. Among them, student associations are divided into: theory and practice, voluntary service, sports, cultural performances and culture; Student associations are directly guided by the Youth League Committee, and the Federation of Associations is responsible for liaison and coordination. The culture of student associations is prosperous, with many national excellent student associations and top ten student associations at the school level, such as Anhui Agricultural University Green Home Environmental Volunteers Association, Anhui Agricultural University Love Society, Anhui Agricultural University Photography Association, etc.

There are other student organizations in the school, such as the Student News Center of Anhui Agricultural University (directly led by the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Anhui Agricultural University), which is a student mass organization serving Anhui Agricultural University newspaper, Anhui Agricultural University radio station and auditorium activity center.
