Pharmaceutical engineering is an interdisciplinary subject based on chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology and engineering. Mainly solve the engineering problems in the process of drug production, implement good manufacturing practice (GMP), and realize the large-scale production and standardized management of drugs.
This major includes chemical pharmacy, biological pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, pharmaceutical preparations and so on. Students have the basic abilities of pharmaceutical product production, management, engineering design and new drug research and development. This major is a national strategic emerging industry major. This discipline has established the Key Laboratory of Systems Bioengineering, the Key Laboratory of Biological and Pharmaceutical Engineering in Tianjin and the Modern Engineering Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Tianjin.
Introduction of Tianjin University:
Tianjin University is located in Tianjin. "2 1 1 project" and "985 project" were key universities, and the national "double-class" universities were built. The school has been selected into the first batch of key universities of "20 1 1 plan", "1/plan" and "excellent engineer education and training plan", a member of the excellent university alliance, a cooperative university of "China-Europe Engineering Education Platform" and "China-Russia Engineering University Alliance", and a national university with high-level universities and postgraduate programs.
By 202 1, 65438+2, 3 1, Tianjin University has Weijin Road Campus, Beiyangyuan Campus and Binhai Industrial Research Institute Campus. The total area is 6.5438+0.36 million square meters, 2.436 million square meters and 309,000 square meters respectively. At present, there are 74 undergraduate majors, 43 first-class master programs, 365 first-class doctoral programs, 438+0, and 30 post-doctoral research stations, forming a comprehensive discipline layout with obvious advantages in engineering, integration of science and engineering, management, literature, law, medicine, teaching and art coordinated development.
