Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Specialty
Article 8 Schools shall implement enrollment plans and enrollment professional management in accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Education and the provincial education enrollment examination departments.
Article 9 There are 7/kloc-0 undergraduate majors in full-time general higher education in the school, and students are enrolled in 3/kloc-0 provinces (cities, districts) nationwide; Two Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools enroll students in Hunan. The specific enrollment plans of all provinces and majors shall be subject to the enrollment plans announced by the offices of the Admissions Committees of all provinces (cities, districts).
Article 10 Candidates applying for English major must be in English language, and their English scores shall not be lower than115; Candidates from Hunan province who apply for accounting major must have a math score of not less than100; Candidates applying for landscape architecture major need to have a painting foundation; Non-language majors in the school do not restrict foreign languages, but the school only arranges English as the basic foreign language teaching, so it is appropriate to recruit English language candidates.

The proportion of students' files accessed by schools in Hunan Province does not exceed 105%, and other provinces determine the proportion of file transfer according to the students' situation, but it does not exceed 120%.
Article 15 The principle of voluntary determination of schools
According to the volunteer order of the candidates in this school, the best candidates are admitted. There is no difference in the scores of school volunteers, and the first volunteer candidate is given priority. If the number of candidates with the first choice is insufficient, candidates who are not the first choice can be admitted. In principle, only candidates with direct choice can be admitted.
Article 16 The principle of voluntary determination of majors
The professional distribution of candidates in our school is determined according to the difference of grades (if the province of origin has special requirements, it shall be implemented according to provincial regulations), and the difference of grades between majors shall not exceed 2 points. According to the distribution of candidates' entry scores, the school sets professional grade differences to meet the professional wishes of candidates with high scores as much as possible; When the first major volunteer can't be satisfied, you can drop a grade difference and enroll in the second major volunteer, and so on; Under the same conditions, party member, three excellent students and those with high English scores will be given priority; Candidates who can't meet all the professional volunteers, such as professional adjustment, will be transferred to other majors according to their scores; If you don't obey professional adjustment, you will be dismissed.
Article 17 Admission of art majors
Candidates who apply for the performance major of our school, students from other provinces must take the professional examination organized by the school and reach the qualified score line, students from Hunan Province must take the provincial professional joint examination, and all candidates must take the college entrance examination; On the basis of passing the political and ideological examination and physical examination, and the cultural achievements reaching the school batch score line, the students will be selected according to the comprehensive achievements (comprehensive achievements of candidates from other provinces = cultural achievements? School examination 30%+ professional scores; Comprehensive scores of candidates in Hunan Province = cultural scores+professional scores of the provincial entrance examination).
Candidates who apply for the fine arts major in this school must take the joint entrance examination of Shengyuan Province and the college entrance examination. Article 18 Admission of sports majors

Article 19 Admission of high-level athletes

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 24 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Guidance Office of Hunan Agricultural University.
Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any inconsistency between the school's previous regulations on enrollment and the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail.
