Recruitment evaluation procedure

1. written test: focus on the applicant's cognition and administrative ability of the counselor position.

2. Job suitability evaluation: conduct comprehensive evaluation according to the actual situation of the applicant.

3. Interview: Examine the comprehensive quality of the applicant.

4. Physical examination: The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and shall meet the requirements for physical examination of teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province. When the recruitment position is vacant due to unqualified medical examination and other reasons, the replacement personnel will take part in the medical examination in turn.

5. The school will organize an inspection for those who pass the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the results of the examination, medical examination and inspection. The list of candidates will be published on the website of Suzhou University Human Resources Department for seven working days.

6. Post arrangement: the positions of full-time undergraduate counselors and full-time graduate counselors are arranged by the school according to needs.

7. Internship inspection: Candidates need to conduct internship inspection for a certain period of time, and the inspection results will be used as the basis for agreeing to sign the contract.
