Maotai College is a non-profit, full-time and applied undergraduate college organized by China Kweichow Moutai Distillery Co., Ltd., which was founded on 20 17. The school is located in renhuai city, covering an area of 1076.2 mu, with a building area of 260,000 square meters. The school has a 15 undergraduate major.

This major mainly studies the basic knowledge and skills of brewing technology, quality inspection and marketing management.
