The so-called qualification certification for foreign students means that China Study Abroad Service Center authenticates the legitimacy of foreign academic degree certificates or higher education diplomas issued by overseas universities or other higher education institutions and the authenticity of academic degree certificates or higher education diplomas with academic degree utility.

Put forward certification opinions on the corresponding relationship between overseas degrees and domestic degrees, issue written certification certificates for overseas degrees or higher education diplomas that have passed certification evaluation, and issue notices of disapproval for overseas degrees or higher education diplomas that have not passed certification evaluation.
