Chuxiong Normal University is a full-time undergraduate college in Yunnan Province. In May, 20001year, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Chuxiong Normal University and Chuxiong Normal University for Nationalities were merged and established. The origin of the school can be traced back to 1936, the provincial Zhennan Normal School. It is an institution of higher learning with glorious revolutionary tradition and distinctive characteristics of normal education.
