Brief introduction of Chen Dawei.
Professor, School of Education Science, Chengdu University. 1982 graduated from normal school and joined the work. He has served as a middle school teacher, director of the Political and Educational Affairs Department, director of the teaching department, vice-principal and principal: 1997 started teacher education. He used to be the vice president and principal of Mianyang Fucheng Teachers' Further Education School, the deputy director of continuing education and the director of scientific research of Chengdu Institute of Education (now he resigned as the director to specialize in teacher education). Main research directions: teachers' continuing education and teachers' professional growth, curriculum and teaching reform. He has won the first prize of scientific research project in the experimental area of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers in China, the first prize of teaching achievements in Sichuan Province, the second prize of teaching achievements in higher education in Sichuan Province, and the third prize of the eighth and ninth philosophical and social science achievements in Chengdu.

The research and practice in the fields of teachers' happy life, school-based research, class discussion, curriculum and teaching reform have had a wide impact, and they are known as "bridge experts" in teacher education. In the ninth issue of People's Education 20 10, the proposed "observation and discussion class" was listed as "the most influential event reported by People's Education in the past 60 years" (***33 pieces).

He has published many papers in People's Education, China Education Newspaper, China Teachers' Newspaper, Training of Primary and Secondary School Teachers, and Management of Primary and Secondary Schools, and copied many papers in the newspaper and material copying center of Renmin University. He has published 20 personal monographs. And the China Children's Audio-visual Publishing House released the educational video "Effective Classroom Observation and Discussion". He was invited to give lectures in many parts of the country.

Teacher Chen Dawei was invited to give lectures in more than 20 provinces and cities, and reported research results and management experience in national academic exchange activities for many times. Because of its tireless research and outstanding influence and contribution in the field of teacher education in China, in May of 20 1 1, it was invited to enter China Teacher Training Network to open a column website of "Innovative Research on Teacher Education Practice-Chen Dawei".
