Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to enliven the cultural life of all students, promote the extensive development of basketball in our school and create a healthy campus sports culture atmosphere, the Articles of Association of XX School Basketball Association is formulated.

Article 2 The Basketball Association is a voluntary mass organization under the direct leadership of the Youth League Committee, which accepts the management and supervision of the Youth League Committee.

Chapter II Members of the Association

Article 3 The conditions for joining the basketball club of XX school are as follows:

(1) All the students in our school have a certain basketball foundation and love basketball.

(2) Acknowledge the articles of association of XX school basketball association, obey the leadership of the association, and actively participate in various activities organized by the association.

Article 4 the person in charge of the association

(a) elected by all members of the association, the Youth League Committee may also directly appoint the person in charge of the association.

(3) Work experience in organizing basketball training and competitions.

(four) enthusiastic about the work of the basketball club.

Article 5 Responsibilities of the person in charge of the Association

(1) Examining and approving members who apply to join the basketball club.

(2) Organizing training and competitions for members of the Association.

Article 6 Rights enjoyed by members of the Association

(1) Have the right to vote and stand for election.

(2) Have the right to participate in various activities organized by mass organizations.

(three) to put forward opinions and suggestions to the person in charge of the community or the Youth League Committee.

Article 7 Obligations that members of the Association must perform.

(a) the implementation of XX school basketball club resolutions and decisions.

(two) to participate in various activities organized by the basketball association on time.

(3) The attendance rate of activities organized by mass organizations is above 50%.

(4) The members of the club must abide by the rules and regulations, and they can't beat and scold because of playing, nor can they have friction with the whole school.

(5) In the teaching building area, you can't play basketball and dirty the walls.

(VI) Those who fail to fulfill their membership obligations or abide by the articles of association, or use the name of the association for personal gain, or do things that damage the image of the association and even the school, may be removed from the list with the consent of the person in charge of the association and the school youth league committee.

Chapter III Organization, Activities and Funds

Article 8 Organizational structure

The association has 1 president and 5 vice presidents, with a term of 1 year.

Article 9 Activities

Assist the school to carry out various basketball activities between classes and promote the extensive development of basketball in our school. Set up the "XX school basketball team" to make it a team for foreign exchange in our school.

Article 10 Sources of funds: The funds of associations mainly come from the Youth League Committee.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

The Articles of Association was approved by the Youth League Committee of the school on September 20 10, and was tried out. The right to interpret the articles of association belongs to the Youth League Committee of XX school and the basketball club.
