Ding Jinhong, male, 1963 was born in Lianshui, Jiangsu Province, 1983 graduated from the Department of Geography of Nanjing University, 1986 received a master's degree from the Department of Geography of Nanjing University, and 1989 received a doctorate from the Population Research Institute of East China Normal University. He is currently Dean of School of Social Development of East China Normal University, Professor of Population Research Institute, Deputy Director of China Modern City Research Center, Social Science Base of Ministry of Education, Vice President of Shanghai Population Society, Director of China Geography Society, Director of Population Geography Professional Committee, and member of Shanghai CPPCC. Mainly engaged in the research and teaching of population migration, urbanization and human geography. He has written monographs such as Population Spatial Process and Theoretical Geography, and published more than 65,438+000 papers in population research and geography journals.
