Central South Century City CBD covers an area of 1, 336,500 square meters. Zhongnan Century City is the core of Nantong's rising future city. The Central South Century under construction is connected to the municipal government in the north, the sports exhibition center in the south, Nantong University in the east, the scenery of Langshan Mountain in the west and the modern high-grade municipal facilities that have been built. It is a modern new urban area integrating six centers of administration, commerce, finance, residence, education and sports.

Chongchuan District is under the jurisdiction of Nantong City, located on the north bank of the Yangtze River and the Jianghai Plain, with Gangzha District in the north, Haimen City in the south, Tongzhou District in the east and the Yangtze River in the west. Chongchuan District is separated from the main port area of Nantong Port and Nantong Container Terminal by only one road. Nantong Port is one of the top ten seaports in China. It is the first "harbor in the river" after the 10,000-ton ship on the north bank of the Yangtze River entered. It is an important hub and material distribution center for Yangtze River water transport, with a maximum berthing capacity of 50,000 tons.

National Highway 204, National Highway 328 and Tong Ning First Class Highway connect Chongchuan District with the national highway network.

3. Railways

Nantong Railway Station is located in Qianer Road, Gangzha District, north of Chongchuan District. Located in the middle of Jiangsu Province, Ningqi Railway is one of the main passages of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" railways.
