This major trains advanced applied education management professionals who can adapt to the needs of socialist construction, develop morally, intellectually and physically, and work in state organs, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, especially educational administrative organs and primary and secondary schools.
The professional training goal of this major is: teachers or administrators who have the knowledge and practical ability of modern management theory, educational science theory, educational management techniques and methods, can engage in educational management in educational administrative departments, primary and secondary schools, and adult education departments, or can be competent in teaching and research related to primary and secondary education and its management.
The professional training requirements of this major are: by studying the basic theories of modern management and educational science, cultivate the basic ability of educational management and teaching, have the ability to apply the basic theories of pedagogy and psychology, be familiar with the general laws of public enterprise management, and initially have the necessary professional quality as the education department of public enterprises and the school organization manager.
Politically, ideologically and morally, he supports the party's basic line, loves the motherland and has the spirit of serving the people wholeheartedly; Law-abiding, with good social morality and professional ethics.

Second, the curriculum.
There are compulsory courses, limited courses, elective courses and concentrated practice courses in the teaching plan. Compulsory courses, limited courses and concentrated practice courses must be implemented in the teaching plan. Class A elective courses shall be no less than 6 credits.
Compulsory courses: English, modern educational principles, curriculum and teaching theory, public management, history of management thoughts, modern educational technology, educational psychology, educational law, organizational behavior (pedagogy), educational evaluation, and modern educational management topics.
Limited elective courses: introduction to philosophy, introduction to art and human resource management.
Elective course A is a specialized course, including: Introduction to Law, Social Psychology, Comparative Education, and Selected Reading of Chinese and Foreign Educational Masterpieces.
Elective course B is a cultural literacy course, which includes: aesthetics and aesthetic education, selected readings of ancient China poems, man and nature, man and society.
Course Description: Modern educational principles, curriculum and teaching theory, educational psychology and modern educational technology are the basic courses of this major, aiming to help students master the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills of educational theory and educational science, embody the educational characteristics of this major, and cultivate the foundation of learners' professional quality; Educational organizational behavior, educational law, educational evaluation, modern educational management and other courses are the main courses of this major, focusing on solving the theoretical knowledge and professional literacy problems urgently needed in educational management; The history of management thought and public management are courses of general management, which can improve learners' management theory literacy and master the general theoretical knowledge and work norms of public management. Three-limit course is a basic course aimed at improving learners' comprehensive management quality. Elective courses in the curriculum are classified according to the needs of managers and teachers, and some interdisciplinary courses have been listed as "public elective courses". Courses that have been studied in junior college will not be repeated, and the listed elective courses will not be included in this plan.

Textbooks are the main teaching media, and audio-visual materials are the auxiliary teaching media.
Focusing on students' autonomous learning, we provide teaching support services for tutors and students through various forms and means, such as face-to-face tutoring, classroom live broadcast, online tutoring, IP/VBI, assignment and guidance, e-mail, BBS discussion, telephone answering, letter answering, reception and visiting, and letter processing.
Fourth, teaching management.
(a) the compulsory courses in the teaching plan are offered by the Central Radio and TV University in a unified way, with a unified syllabus, unified textbooks, unified examinations and unified grading standards.
(2) Elective courses can be freely selected by the pilot TV University or students according to their needs, but the elective courses that have been selected in the junior college stage cannot be reused in the undergraduate stage.
(3) As an elective course and a compulsory course with a limited number of elective courses, you can use the support services of teaching resources such as teaching syllabus, multimedia textbooks and exams provided by CCTV. The teaching syllabus, textbooks, examinations and teaching management of provincial courses are the responsibility of Power Saving University.
(4) Students can choose courses from "public elective courses" or allow students to choose courses across disciplines. However, the credits of this part of the course shall not exceed 10% of the total credits of the course.
(5) All required courses are usually arranged with homework, which is jointly organized by Central TV University and Power Saving University. Usually, homework scores account for 20% of the total course scores.
(6) The centralized practice link is organized and implemented by the pilot TV University according to the overall design scheme formulated by the Central TV University and the Power Saving University. The form can be changed, and maintenance cannot be exempted.
Five, many years of study and graduation
The credit system is implemented, and the credits obtained by students within 8 years after registration are valid.
Arrange the teaching plan according to six semesters (three-year part-time study).
The minimum graduation credit of this major is 7 1 credit. Students who have obtained the required total graduation credits after study and whose ideological and moral qualities meet the requirements after appraisal are allowed to graduate, and will be awarded a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma in higher education.
Graduates of this major who meet the criteria for degree awarding may be awarded a bachelor's degree in education.

Undergraduate course is four years.

Employment destination: suitable for government, culture, education, sports, health, environmental protection, social security and other administrative departments and enterprise administrative departments to engage in management work.
