College students of Grade 77, Grade 78 and Grade 79 are the three college students who resumed the college entrance examination after the Cultural Revolution. The mainstream society has placed great hopes on this new Third Congress. People think that these three college students have snared talents from China, and the talents scattered to the society in the decade of the Cultural Revolution are concentrated in these three sessions. I hope that this new three-year term in China, which has rich life experience and thirst-quenching, can bring our society into a prosperous situation; I hope that this new Third Congress will contribute to us great politicians, great writers, great thinkers and master scholars. The whole society has recognized and made institutional arrangements. The new three sessions should be the "national cadres" of our society, and they are our "favored children". These new three sessions have indeed become the backbone of contemporary society.
