Du Benwei, born in June 1958, holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Liaoning University, a master's degree in foreign philosophy from Liaoning University, and a doctorate in management engineering from Northeastern University. /kloc-0 joined the work in April, 1977, 1987 10 joined the China * * * production party.
