What is a dual-degree program?

1. Huntsman project
Institution: University of Pennsylvania
The Huntsman International Studies and Business Orientation Program combines the courses of two undergraduate colleges of the University of Pennsylvania: the liberal arts education course of the College of Arts and Sciences and the business and finance course of Wharton Business School. The similarity between the two universities is also the core of Huntsman's project, that is, international studies. The project provides 1 1 language selection. Students can choose any one of these languages, cultivate their professional ability and understand the regional background where this language is the main language. At the same time, students need to study other courses, mainly in the field of social sciences, which will provide students with the core theoretical background of the project.
2. International Honorary Bachelor of Arts Program
Institutions: St Andrews University and College of William and Mary.
The joint degree program of William and Mary College and St Andrews University is an international undergraduate degree program. It is not common for British universities to complete their studies in two institutions for two years (the first and the second must be completed in different institutions) and obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree (Bachelor of Arts with International Honors) awarded by two institutions. 3. Global Bachelor of Business Administration Program
Institution: University of Southern California
The global cooperation project of bachelor of business administration is a bold innovation direction of higher education at present. 6. Accelerate the literature degree/master degree program.
Institution: Clark University
The accelerated bachelor's/master's program offered by Clark University gives undergraduates the opportunity to obtain bachelor's and master's degrees within five years, and tuition is free in the fifth year *. Eligible students need to go to Clark University for postgraduate courses in their senior year. This enables students to complete both bachelor's degree courses and master's degree courses. Students can combine philosophy with sculpture, and art design with mathematics or anthropology. 8. Harvard-Berkeley Dual Degree Program
Institutions: Harvard University and Berkeley Conservatory of Music.
The Harvard-Berkeley dual-degree program is designed for musicians who are interested in building a foundation for their artistic career and getting a liberal arts education. In the first three years, students mainly take academic courses offered by Harvard University, supplemented by private courses and other preparatory courses of Berkeley Conservatory of Music. In addition, students need to participate in the ensemble of these two institutions. In the fourth year of study, students should complete the degree course of Harvard University, and then complete all the requirements of the master's course in the fifth year.
9. College of Arts/College of Arts and Sciences Double Degree Program
Institution: Boston University
Students can obtain a bachelor's degree in music or a bachelor's degree in literature from the Art College through the dual-degree program of Art College/College of Arts. In other words, students who participate in this project can get double degrees in their chosen majors in the Art College and the Arts College. Note that this program is only for freshmen who apply for September school.
10. Double degree program in science
Institution: Dartmouth Searle College of Engineering
This double-degree course is suitable for students from other liberal arts colleges who want to study engineering at Dartmouth. Students will study in the third or fourth year of Dartmouth University, get a bachelor's degree from the original school, and then return to Dartmouth University to complete the fifth year of the Bachelor of Engineering (BE) course at Searle College. There are 20 liberal arts education schools participating in the project. Students can study at their alma mater for three years, then at Dartmouth for two years, or at their alma mater as freshmen, sophomores and seniors, and at Dartmouth as juniors and undergraduates.
Institution: California Institute of Technology
14 students of liberal arts education university can apply to transfer to Caltech after finishing their junior year at their alma mater. After studying in California Institute of Technology for two years and successfully completing the requirements, two-thirds of the students will receive a Bachelor of Science degree from California Institute of Technology and a second Bachelor's degree from their alma mater, College of Arts and Sciences.
