Can college students take the college entrance examination?
College students can't take the college entrance examination. The national unified entrance examination for colleges and universities, referred to as the "College Entrance Examination", is a selective examination for qualified high school graduates or candidates with equivalent academic qualifications. The examination time 1979-2002 is fixed on July 7th, 8th and 9th every year. Since 2003, the time of college entrance examination has been changed to June 7th, 8th and 9th every year. In 2020, the college entrance examination was postponed to July 7-8 due to the epidemic, and some new college entrance examination provinces were July 7- 10. The state has a special policy that students cannot take the college entrance examination. Conditions for ordinary college entrance examination candidates: 1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of China; High school or equivalent; Health II. Foreigners who have settled in China shall register at the place designated by the local admissions office with the Alien Residence Permit issued by the public security department of this province; Those who meet the above conditions, with my ID card, household registration book and senior secondary education school diploma, will register for the general college entrance examination at the place designated by the local admissions office. Those who meet one of the following conditions cannot apply: (1) institutions of higher learning (recognized by the state) are in school; (2) Students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools this year; (3) Being subjected to compulsory measures or serving a sentence for violating the criminal law.
