The three gold medal projects are: Zidong Taichu-the world's first multi-modal graphic crusher, Beijing Institute of Technology's innovative application based on improving computing power and CANN, and Zhejiang University's "Shaping Technology-the pioneer of domestic intelligent manufacturing high-speed layout software".
Among them, the project "Zidong Taichu-the world's first multi-modal graphic crusher" was led by Chen Zhiyang, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Under the guidance of two teachers, Hu Yi and Ning Ruike, Zi Dongtai proposed a multi-task, multi-level and cross-modal self-monitoring learning method based on Shengteng AI basic software and hardware. By using the heterogeneous computing architecture of improving MindSpore+ improving computing power +CANN, the unified representation and mutual generation of different modal data such as images, characters, voices and videos are creatively realized, forming a complete intelligent representation, reasoning and generation ability. "Zi Dongtai Chu" can support the full-scene AI application, improve the generalization ability, break through the accuracy limit, cover multiple industries and scenarios, and reduce the R&D cost, which is of great significance to promote the R&D rules and industrial application modes of artificial intelligence in China.
Under the guidance of four teachers, Deng Vision Wei, Tang Linbo, Wang Wenzheng and Wang Yanhua, the project of "Innovative Application Based on Improving Computing Power and CANN" of Beijing Institute of Technology has built an intelligent real-time unmanned airborne security system, which has realized autonomous detection and tracking of suspicious vehicles and pedestrians, and enabled multi-scene applications such as border inspection, epidemic prevention and control, and traffic law enforcement.
Li of Zhejiang University led the team to unveil the proposition of "Optimization and Development of High Performance Algorithms in Kunpeng BoostKit Mathematical Library". Under the guidance of teachers such as Zhou, Hu Xiangpei, Zhang Linchu, Jin, Lin Xin, Hu Songyu and Guo Shujing, the project of "Shaping Technology-the Pioneer of Domestic Intelligent Manufacturing High-speed Layout Software" was completed. The project has reached the international leading level in artificial intelligence rapid layout, rapid interference detection, rapid bridging and other technologies, which will drive the manufacturing industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
