Shihezi is in Xinjiang, which is farther than Qinghai. It takes more than ten hours to get from Shijiazhuang to Beijing, and it seems to take more than thirty hours to get to Shihezi.

Qinghai University is the only 2 1 1 building in Qinghai Province, located in Xining, the summer capital of Qinghai Province. But there is more than one 2 1 1 in Xinjiang province, and Shihezi is a county-level university. From this point of view, Qinghai University is better.
Qinghai University has a world-class discipline, specializing in the College of Ecological Environment. Of course, this is inseparable from the source of the Three Rivers. Shihezi is not clear.
