Shenyang Conservatory of Music is the only music art college in Northeast China. The predecessor of Shenyang Conservatory of Music can be traced back to Luxun Art College. Luxun Art College was founded by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai in Yan 'an on April 1938.
