Village cadres elect village "two committees" every three years. 4. The salary is different:

The salary of college student village officials consists of several echelons, according to the central, provincial, municipal, county (district) and town (street). The country has not clearly defined the source and proportion of funds, which also leads to great differences in the actual income of college student village officials across the country, and some even have great differences in the villages next door. The salary of village cadres is generally approved by the local civil affairs department and included in the fiscal budget of the year.
