There are 500 doctors, 3 19 masters, 89.22% teachers with master's degree or above, 2/kloc-0 doctoral supervisors and 0/89 master's supervisors. There are 2 leading talents in scientific and technological innovation in the National Special Support Plan for High-level Talents, 2 top-notch young talents 1 person, 8 experts enjoying special allowances and 4 outstanding talents in the new century from the Ministry of Education. There are 1 12 provincial and ministerial outstanding talents, including 23 provincial and ministerial famous teachers.
As of February 2023, the school has established 65 undergraduate majors, covering 7 disciplines including economics, literature, engineering, agronomy, management, art and science. Accounting major is the national characteristic specialty construction point, and eight majors, including software engineering, clothing and costume design, accounting, tourism management, building electricity and intelligence, animation, computer science and technology, and environmental design, are the national first-class undergraduate specialty construction points. 23 majors, including material science and engineering, electronic information engineering, animal medicine and classical philology, are first-class undergraduate majors at the provincial level. Software engineering, animation, accounting, building electricity and intelligence are the first-phase engineering majors of provincial brands. Machinery, civil engineering, business administration and design are provincial-level key majors, accounting, fashion design and engineering, animation, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation are provincial-level characteristic majors, materials science and engineering are pilot majors in the education and training plan for outstanding engineers of the Ministry of Education, and communication engineering and software engineering are pilot majors in the education and training plan for outstanding engineers (software) at the provincial level. Nine courses were selected as the first batch of national first-class undergraduate courses, and 27 courses were recognized as the first batch of provincial first-class undergraduate courses.
