English magazine 19 15 1 was founded in Shanghai, also known as "English Students", which is a monthly publication. The publisher is Wu and Hu Zhemou, who have successively served as editors-in-chief.

It was first published by Shanghai Commercial Press in Baoshan Road, north of Shanghai Haihe South Road, and later published by British magazine in Huazi 15, Baoshan Road, Zhabei, Shanghai.
