Qilu Medical College is located in Zibo, the cradle of Qi culture with a long history. Its predecessor is Shandong Wanjie Medical College, which is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Shandong Commercial Group Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned enterprise directly under the Shandong provincial government and a "state-owned public university" in the field of running schools by social forces. The school was founded on 1995. 1999, Shandong Wanjie Medical College was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education. In 2008, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college-Shandong Wanjie Medical College, and was renamed Qilu Medical College on 20 15.
The school consists of Zhoucun Campus and Boshan Campus, with a total campus area of 2,052 mu and a total construction area of 690,000 square meters.
