Seven, "2006 Contemporary International Photography Biennale" participation rules:
1. This exhibition is divided into two categories: invited photographers (Class A) and freelance photographers (Class B).
2. Inviting photographers to participate in the exhibition is recommended by the exhibition academic committee and formally invited by the exhibition organizing committee.
3. Freelance photographers are free to sign up for the exhibition, and each photographer needs to select 10-20 works representing his own unique style and send them directly to the exhibition office.
There are no restrictions on the theme, content and form of all entries.
5. All works should be digital files or 7- 10 inch photos (not mounted), and the name, author's name, nationality, mailing address, postal code, contact number and e-mail address of each work should be indicated.
6. All entries are free of exhibition fees, and all submissions are non-refundable. Please send the exhibits directly to the office of 2006 Contemporary International Photography Biennale. The organizer will take good care of all donations and will not be responsible for mailing and other unexpected losses.

Eight, "the first world university student photography art exhibition" participation rules
1. All college students from all over the world, regardless of nationality, age or gender, can participate.
2. No matter digital or traditional, the colors and quantity of exhibits are not limited, and the exhibits must be 7-inch enlarged photos or high-pixel (not less than 4 million pixels) digital files.
3. Exhibitors must carefully fill in the participation form (which can be downloaded directly from the Internet), fill it in neatly as required, package it and send it.
The organizer is not responsible for the damage and loss of photos in the mail. All photos and CDs will not be returned.
