Relying on the resources of China Study Abroad Service Center, the College provides one-stop services for international students, such as study abroad consultation, formalities handling, pre-departure training, file keeping and international academic degree certification.

In addition, the College is also the test center for the Cambridge International Finance and Finance Certificate (ICFE) and the International Business English Training Certification (CBEC) of the Ministry of Commerce of China. We provide English training such as Cambridge International Certificate in Finance (ICFE), International Business English (CBEC) and Cambridge Business English (BEC) all the year round.

At present, the college has reached mutual recognition of credits with six universities, including Delaware University, Northeastern University, Iowa State University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Oregon University and San Francisco State University, and signed cooperation agreements. All students studying in the Preparatory College of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics have their courses recognized by American universities, and all credits are transferred to American universities with mutual recognition of credits.
