Qinghai University, referred to as Qingda for short, is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the Qinghai Provincial People's Government. It is a national "world-class discipline construction university", a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university, and a national "comprehensive strength improvement project for universities in the central and western regions".
