Many architecture professors of Xi Jiao Tong University (which should be regarded as the best comprehensive college in northwest China) are hired by Jianda University, but because of their fame, their scores in architecture are not lower than those of Xi Da University, or even higher. Xi 'an Jiaotong-Xi 'an University cannot award degrees in architecture, while Xijian University can award undergraduate and master's degrees in architecture. (Only about 10 universities in China have the right to grant buildings).
