What school is Harbin Medical University?
Harbin Medical University is a medical college located in nangang district, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China. The school, formerly known as Harbin Medical College, was established in 1946. 1954 was renamed Harbin medical college, and 1985 was upgraded to an undergraduate college and renamed Harbin medical university. The school is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and it is also a demonstration university of "integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine" and a talent training base of the Ministry of Health.

The school has 60 undergraduate majors. In postgraduate education, the school has authorized units for master's and doctoral degrees and post-doctoral mobile stations. The school has a team of teachers with high quality and rigorous study style, including more than 50 outstanding talents such as distinguished professor, a "Changjiang Scholar", a national-level teaching teacher and a winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund.
