In fact, from my improvement experience, how to make an improvement point into an improvement project and how to tell this story well is very much in need of logic to build. I prefer the book Enterprise Staff, and I have read it several times myself. It helps me learn how to tell stories from a logical perspective.

It is a tool of Toyota and a kind of storytelling. It puts the whole project on a piece of a3 paper, which is rigorous and orderly.
These are two books I recommend, but I always feel that industrial engineering is a very practical subject. Only by being there and focusing on the scene can we deeply understand its significance.
