Evaluation criteria of university scholarships
1. Scholarships are evaluated once every academic year, usually at the beginning of the new academic year.
2. The results and bonus activities that can be included in the selection must be in the "last academic year" period.

The term "ordinary undergraduate colleges and higher vocational schools" as mentioned in these Measures refers to full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges, higher vocational schools and junior colleges (hereinafter referred to as universities) that have been approved to establish and implement higher education in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
National scholarships funded by the central government are used to reward outstanding students among full-time undergraduates (including higher vocational colleges and second bachelor's degrees).
