English (regular class)

Cultivate educators with good humanistic quality, solid comprehensive English application ability and extensive scientific knowledge, and senior English professionals who can engage in translation, research and management in foreign affairs, economy and trade, culture, press and publication, scientific research and tourism. This major has the right to award master's degrees in English language and literature, foreign linguistics and applied linguistics, curriculum and teaching theory (English) and master's degrees in education.

This major lasts for four years and is awarded with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
