Who wrote the name of South China Normal University?
Legend has it that the words "South China Normal University" have a history: at that time, the son of Vice President Li worked in South China Agricultural College, and he asked Chairman Mao to write the name of the school in his own hand through his father. Later, South China Normal University took the word "South China College" and asked a famous calligrapher in the school to write the word "normal" with Chairman Mao's brushwork, which finally achieved the inscription of our school gate. But this is just a legend. 1982, the college was changed to a university, and the origin of the word "da" is unknown to us. It is also said that the words of the school gate were copied from Chairman Mao's copybook.
