Activity background: In college life, dormitory is the place of our daily life and the most basic group. Nowadays, college students' dormitories are full of all kinds of electronic products representing civilization and magazines and cartoons of avant-garde fashion culture, but they lack a trace of natural flavor and green flavor. The Green Life Environmental Protection Association has long been committed to advocating environmental protection concepts and spreading campus green culture. Previously, the "RECYCLE" program was successfully run in the dormitory in the North District, which won the support of students and favorable comments from teachers in the North District, and established a good cooperation foundation with a large number of dormitories. At present, almost all dormitories in the North District have participated in the "recycling" activities, and many dormitories have won the title of green dormitory. Example of Xiamen University Greenland Association: In 2003, Xiamen University Greenland Association set up a "recycling" group, which was the predecessor of its green dormitory group. By exploring the significance of waste recycling, they completed the reorganization and established a new project "Green Dormitory" on June 65438+ 10/0, 2004. The implementation of this project not only received a good response in Xiamen University, but also won the second prize of the greentv Environmental Protection Theme Project Fund for its excellent creativity. The good implementation in Xiamen University has also given impetus to the Green Association, indicating that college students welcome plants to sleep and have a heart to contribute to environmental protection. After carefully referring to the 4/5 implementation plan of the "Green Dormitory" series of activities of Xiamen University and other universities, the Green Association also incorporated its unique culture and creativity into it and created this brand-new project-Green Dormitory. 2. Analysis of the survey results of planting green plants to help sleep: In order to investigate the feasibility of this activity in Changping Campus of Beihua University, we made relevant questionnaires and conducted a sample survey of students in the north area. Among the 406 people surveyed, most students support plants to sleep and are willing to adopt plants. Most of them have experience in planting plants, which laid the foundation for our activities in the North Campus. Moreover, according to the results of the questionnaire survey, we have prepared a variety of potted plants with different varieties, different growth conditions, different survival difficulties, different flowering periods and different price points to meet the students' experiences, hobbies and dormitory conditions. We will also set up a special group to answer and help students with all kinds of problems during the period of raising plants. We will pay a regular visit to sleeping plants and make a record of the return visit and plant growth log. Finally, we have added a green experience section, which can enhance students' interest and let students experience the fun of farming and the fun brought by nature in their spare time. 3. From the perspective of Green Association, this series of activities of "Green Dormitory" is still based on the purpose of "advocating environmental protection concept and spreading green culture", which is the inheritance of the purpose of Green Association and the further promotion of successful projects. 4. Return of funds to the people: All the adoption funds raised by the adopters in this activity were used to buy and maintain flowers and trees, make fallen leaves bookmarks and hold a flower selection contest, which can be said to be all returned to the adopters, laying a foundation for the activities to be carried out among students. 5. Activity prospect: As some students are willing to bring flowers and trees to the East Campus, we will consider moving the activity to the East Campus when the time is ripe.
