The Institute of Geography and Oceanography is responsible for the operation and management of the key laboratory of environmental evolution and resource utilization in Beibu Gulf, the key laboratory of surface process and intelligent simulation in Guangxi, the engineering research center of symbolic crop big data technology in Guangxi and the workstation of marine surveying and mapping information, and the construction of four technical platforms, namely, field scientific observation center, test and analysis center and geographic remote sensing, artificial intelligence and big data center.
Second, the School of Chemistry and Materials Research
The Laboratory of Applied Chemical Technology and Resource Development of College of Chemistry and Materials is the first batch of key laboratories in universities in the autonomous region, and the experimental teaching center of basic chemistry is the experimental teaching demonstration center at the autonomous region level. 20 14 was approved as the key laboratory of synthetic and natural functional molecular chemistry in Guangxi universities. 20 18 was approved as the key laboratory of natural polymer chemistry and physics in Guangxi, the teaching base of undergraduate specialty (group) and experimental training in Guangxi, and the base of innovation and entrepreneurship education and joint training for graduate students.

At present, the Institute of Physics and Electronics has "Key Laboratory of New Electrical Functional Materials in Guangxi Universities", autonomous region-level experimental teaching demonstration center (electronic technology experimental teaching center), autonomous region-level virtual simulation experimental teaching center (electronic information technology virtual simulation experimental teaching center) and school experimental teaching demonstration center (basic physics experimental teaching center).

The college now has four research institutions: Institute of Basic Mathematics, Institute of Applied Mathematics, Institute of Entrance Rate and Mathematical Statistics, and Institute of Discipline Education. At the same time, the college has the only "Soil Workstation of Guangxi Institute of Applied Mathematics" in Guangxi, the key laboratory for statistical analysis of mixed and missing data in Guangxi universities, the key reality of scientific computing and intelligent information processing in Guangxi universities and the 1 high-level innovative groups in Guangxi universities.
