Responsibilities of the Secretary Department of the Student Union:

1. Assist the President of the Student Union in his work and make good preparations before each large-scale activity.

2. The storage, use and distribution of students' fixed assets and various articles.

3. Receive and manage all kinds of documents of the Student Union and draft relevant documents.

The role of the student union:

The student union is higher than all student self-governing organizations in the school in essence.
