Article 24? The procedures for students to transfer to schools or departments (majors) should be handled before each academic year. Students must take all the exams of the courses they study each semester, and only after passing the exams can they transfer to another school, department or major. ?
Article 25? Under any of the following circumstances, you can transfer to another department (major).
(a) after a rigorous examination, it is proved that students do have expertise, and changing majors and transferring schools can better play their expertise. ?
(2) Students who are found to have a certain disease or physical defect and cannot study in their original department (major) but can still study in other departments (majors) or other institutions of higher learning. ?
(three) approved by the school, students do have some special difficulties, can not transfer to the department (professional) or can not continue to study after the transfer. ?
According to the demand of economic and social development for talents, under special circumstances, with the approval of the competent department, the school may appropriately adjust the majors and departments of some students, and students should obey the adjustment. ?
Article 26 In any of the following circumstances, transfer to a department (major) or school shall not be considered:
(1) freshmen who have been enrolled for less than one semester.
(2) from ordinary universities to key universities.
(3) those who are promoted to undergraduate courses.
(four) three (including three) or above, or two (including two) or above. ?
(5) Normal colleges (except those deemed unsuitable by the school) are transferred to other colleges.
(6) from the national plan to the national plan.
(7) Self-funded students become public students.

Article 27? Transfer to a department (major) to go through the formalities.

Article 28? Transfer procedure:?

1. The transfer-out school asks the competent department of higher education in this province (municipality directly under the central government, autonomous region) for instructions, and sends a letter to contact the proposed transfer-out school after obtaining the consent. ?
2. If the receiving school agrees to accept the transfer, it shall be submitted to the competent department of higher education of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government, autonomous region) for examination and approval. After approval, students can go through formal formalities.
