The relevant requirements of adult colleges and universities stipulate that:
1. The number of part-time teachers in adult colleges and universities shall not exceed two-thirds of the full-time teachers in our school. Among them, the number of part-time teachers in junior college or undergraduate major shall not exceed 1/3 of the number of full-time teachers in this major.
2. Adult institutions of higher learning should have special school buildings, books and materials, instruments and equipment and teaching practice bases that are suitable for the scale and tasks of the school to ensure the needs of teaching, life and the long-term development of the school.
