Comparison of the difficulty of postgraduate entrance examination in several popular sociology departments in China
1. Tsinghua: One word: difficult! Enrollment in 2005 1 person, enrollment in 2006 3 people, forget it. It takes not only strength but also luck to get into it. Moreover, the enrollment of the school is so small that the requirements for students are very high. Don't expect any opportunistic behavior in Tsinghua. That's impossible.
2. Peking University: If there are so many places in Shenzhen Graduate School, the sociology of Peking University is not difficult in proportion, but many people may not want to go to Shenzhen, and the tuition fee is too high, which also has a certain impact on their academic qualifications. Haha, weigh it yourself! The pressure of professional courses in Peking University is relatively small every year, and the number of online students is not as large as the enrollment plan. Judging from the situation in recent years, graduate schools in Shenzhen have to drop their scores every year. On the whole, Peking University does not have the largest number of applicants and no reference books, so it is still very challenging for Peking University to go to the headquarters.
3. National People's Congress: I feel that the initial test of the National People's Congress is the same as that of Nantah, and it is quite satisfactory. Just look at the reference books. The National People's Congress (NPC) is located in Beijing and has natural advantages. It is the best choice for many sociology candidates who want to go to Beijing: it has a large number of places and is famous, which is easier than Tsinghua Peking University. It is a good game choice, so the number of applicants is estimated to be the largest in the country. It's also difficult!
4. Academy of Social Sciences: Not many students signed up, but not many students signed up. It's not as difficult as I thought. Students who want to do research can give it a try, and don't be stopped by its mystery.
5. Nantah: It is said that in 2006, 26 students entered the re-examination (32 students entered the re-examination on the website of the department, but 6 students took the examination separately, which is not a series with the unified examination. If you look carefully at the number of the admission ticket, you can see that the middle five students in the unified exam are 6 1007, and the sub-exam is 63007), and finally five students have been brushed. Judging from the setting of reference books, the threshold of Nantah is not high, and it can even be said that it is the lowest among several famous schools. There are only three books in the initial test, and the questions in Nantah are quite satisfactory, and rarely go beyond the scope of reference books. However, there is another consequence. Sociology at NTU is very suitable for interdisciplinary students, and it can be seen from the second interview that they learn everything. The theory of Nantah is more difficult, especially in 2006. If you don't pay attention to it, you may fail. The method is simple. The tradition of Nantah is to focus on investigation, and the requirements for statistics have not been high (I found that the statistics of Nantah were still slightly difficult before 2002, but the difficulty of methods plummeted in the past two years, and I don't know why). No matter how difficult the investigation is, it is really difficult. This year's retest scores are still relatively close, with the highest score of 398 and the retest line of 360 (English 60, which is still a bit scary). Only five of them are above 380, and the remaining 265,438+0 are concentrated in 360 to 377. Competition is still fierce, especially relatively backward, which is basically a matter of life and death. The second interview feels fair.
6. Fudan: Generally speaking, the test intensity here is basically statistics, and the methods are as rare as high numbers. It's easy to say after this door. Judging from the number of applicants, the proportion is not high, that is, about 6 1. However, due to the innate geographical advantages and the brand of the school, it is still relatively easy to find a job, so think twice before you act.
7. Shanghai University: Many schools don't have to talk about it when they go to college. Sociology in this school is good, but it's really different. My students were badly graded and didn't want to be admitted, but they went outside to collect the adjustment from others. It's really funny. If you want to go to college, you can apply for a higher school. You can transfer if the score is lower, but you may not even get the score directly. Bottom line: it's easier to transfer to another school than to take an exam.
8. Zhongshan: The recent development momentum is good, and there are many places, but the questions are difficult and the papers are tight. If you don't go online, you will be accepted as long as you go online. What can I say? It's easier said than done.
9. Nankai: The direction is a little old now, but the foundation is still there. Nankai has an awkward position in the hearts of many postgraduate students: those who are very powerful don't want to take the exam, and they almost dare not take it. Let's talk in numbers. The ratio of 1 is basically above 5: 00, so it's not very difficult.
10. Huazhong University of Science and Technology Wuhan University: I don't know much about it, but it's not easy to wear a famous brand, but it's not too difficult to estimate. If you are willing, you can check the previous enrollment ratio, and the data can best explain the problem.
1 1. Zhejiang University: It was thought that this school with better engineering was not difficult to get into the exam, but the proportion has exceeded 10 to 1 over the years. In this sense, its difficulty is on the same level as Nantah, even slightly higher. Those who intend to apply there should collect more information to avoid being passive because of information asymmetry.
I hope it helps you.
