According to the relevant documents of applying for doctoral scholarships and grants from Chongqing University, the relevant matters concerning applying for scholarships and grants for doctoral students enrolled in autumn 2020 are hereby notified as follows:

The doctoral students' personal files must arrive at the school (subject to the list of files arrived at the school by the research and recruitment office).

Complete the registration procedures on time.

Full-time non-directional doctoral students (including direct doctoral students and graduate students) enter the MIS system and fill in the application form for award and funding. After downloading, please ask the tutor and the dean in charge to sign it, and submit it to the graduate work office of the college for summary (see annex for the summary of doctoral scholarships and funding), and report it to Room 305 of the graduate school before September 25, 2020. If it is not submitted within the time limit, it shall be deemed as abandonment.

Full-time non-directional doctoral scholarships enrolled in the fall of 2020 will be approved and publicized by the Graduate School Office, and will be uniformly distributed in June 2020.

Special instructions:

For a long time, the granting of scholarships has been supervised by teachers and students. If fraud is found, the student's scholarship will be stopped, and the scholarship already issued will be recovered after investigation.
