AACSB, the English full name of Association to Advance College Schools of Business, is translated into International Association of Elite Business Schools in Chinese (commonly known as American Association of Management Business Schools in China). Founded in 19 16, AACSB is a non-profit organization composed of business schools, associations and other institutions. It is committed to improving and promoting the higher education level of business administration and accounting, and is a primary certification institution for bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs in business administration and accounting. Its founding members include Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, Dartmouth College, new york University, Northwestern University, Yale University, University of California, Berkeley, University of Chicago, University of Illinois, Ohio State University, etc. Among them, as many as 38 countries and regions participated in AACSB certification.

It should be noted that not all AACSB member institutions have obtained AACSB certification, and only those institutions that meet the "certification standards" are called "certified member institutions". Only 5% of business schools in the world have obtained this elite certification.

1908 Master of Business Administration (MBA) was born in Harvard University and has a history of nearly a hundred years. AACSB issued business certification standards in 19 19 and accounting project standards in 1980. AACSB's business certification process includes four stages: membership, preliminary examination, preliminary examination and maintenance certification qualification examination, and accounting certification process includes four stages: obtaining business certification qualification, preliminary examination, preliminary examination and maintenance certification qualification examination. It consists of seven committees: Pre-trial Committee (PAC), Accountant Appointment Committee (ACC), Preliminary Examination Committee (IAC), Accountant Appointment Committee (ACC), Accredited Qualification Maintenance Committee (MAC), Accredited Quality Committee (AQC), Accredited Coordination Committee (ACC) and Candidate Committee (CC), which are responsible for the appointment work in different stages and with different contents.

AACSB certification focuses on the quality of education first, and most of its business certification standards are closely related to the quality of education. AACSB believes that teaching quality is created in the teaching practice of teacher-student interaction. If students can fully interact with key teachers in a self-contained teaching project of a business school, then a high-quality degree project will be produced. Accordingly, certification pays attention to the determination of the members of the applicant to realize their mission, the development plan of teachers, the preparation of plans and the transmission of instructions. Secondly, one of the guiding principles of certification is to accept and encourage high-quality management education through different methods. In other words, the evaluation procedure supports the mission and teaching methods of management education. Thirdly, the certification emphasizes that the applicant college should take a series of measures to strengthen the curriculum, improve the level of teachers, improve teaching methods and carry out scientific research activities.
