Special preferential policies for college students to join the army

College students (ordinary college graduates, students and freshmen who have just joined the army) enjoy the following special preferential policies in addition to the unified preferential policies for all military personnel.

2. College graduates can be admitted to military schools by taking the joint entrance examination at the undergraduate level of the whole army. After two years of study and graduation, they can get a bachelor's degree and become officers.

3. Under the same conditions, soldiers with junior college education are given priority to be sent to military schools, and the age condition can be relaxed 1 year.

4. Soldiers with full-time college education or above can give priority to non-commissioned officers; College conscripts who meet the promotion conditions but fail to meet them can directly select non-commissioned officers.

Soldiers who graduated from universities with excellent performance can be directly selected as officers through certain examinations.

(4) Give priority to employment after retirement.

1. Retired soldiers of college students can enjoy various preferential policies of the state and our province for the personnel of the "four projects" serving college students at the grassroots level (college student village officials, three branches and one support, teachers' special posts, western volunteers) to participate in civil service examinations, career establishment and so on.

4. Retired soldiers of college students enjoy the key priority recruitment policy in the selection of grassroots full-time people's armed cadres and the targeted recruitment of retired soldiers' political and legal police officers.

5. If there are more than three college students who have retired within three years after graduation, such as self-employment, industrial and commercial registration and employment, the government will give 200,000-200,000 yuan of free support funds after certain procedures are determined.
