Fudan University takes Handan Campus and Jiangwan New Campus as a whole, and LAM Raymond Campus and Zhangjiang Campus as two wings. The campus covers an area of 2,443,200 square meters with a contract of more than 3,700 mu. Among them, the land for Handan campus is 1500 mu, the land for LAM Raymond campus is 192 123 square meters, totaling 288 mu, the land for Zhangjiang campus is 228 176 square meters, the contract is 350 mu, and the planned area for Jiangwan campus is 1600 mu, with an average living area of 70 mu.

Handan Campus of Fudan University: commonly known as "Headquarters", it is the main campus of Fudan University and the location of most departments. It covers an area of 922,297 square meters, accounting for 1.383 mu. All freshmen will enter four colleges located in Handan campus to study general education for one year.

LAM Raymond Campus of Fudan University: The former site of Shanghai Medical University, commonly known as "Medical College Campus", covers an area of 288 mu. It is the location of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University, including medical colleges except Pharmacy College.

Zhangjiang Campus of Fudan University: Covering an area of 228 176 square meters, or 342 mu, it is the location of Microelectronics Institute, Software College and Pharmacy College.

Jiangwan Campus of Fudan University: It is about 3.5 kilometers away from Handan Road Campus of Fudan University. The construction area of the first phase project is 92,970 square meters. The new campus plans to arrange full-time students 1 10,000, including 3,000 undergraduates, 4,000 graduate students and 3,000 international students. Now it is the seat of law school.
