Art College of Nanjing University was established in February, 20 17. Why is the president Professor Cheng Zhou, and the vice presidents are Professor Zhao Kuiying and Professor Feng Yu. The College of Art consists of art theory and creativity department, art design department, culture and art education center, college office, student office and other scientific research. Art majors in Nanjing University include visual communication design, environmental design, digital media art, radio and television director, etc.

With the development concept of observing eastern and western cultures and integrating subject resources, the Department of Art Design has gradually formed a pattern of mutual tempering and common development of seven professional directions. 9 academic graduate students and 65 professional degree graduate students are enrolled every year. Since 17, about 400 graduate students have been trained.

Candidates who apply for the art (fine arts) major of Nanjing University must take the provincial-level unified examination of local art-related categories. If the cultural and professional achievements are above the minimum control score of the same batch in the local province, they shall be sorted according to the sum of cultural achievements and professional achievements (or comprehensive achievements) and admitted in turn. If the total score is the same, they will be sorted according to their professional achievements. If the professional scores are still the same, they will be sorted by English scores.
