Yuelushan High-tech Park (Lugu) is the core park directly under Changsha High-tech Zone, and it is also the key high-tech park built by Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Located in the northwest of Yuelu Mountain, it is adjacent to National Highway 365 and 438+09 in the north, Xiangjiang River in the east and the outer ring road of the city in the west. The total planned control area is 80 square kilometers, with a development scale of 13 square kilometers and electronic information, advanced manufacturing, new materials and new materials. National new material industrial base, national digital media industrial base, national animation revitalization base and other high-tech specialized bases with significant independent innovation capability have all been designated as Lu Gu.

Relying on the advantages of Central South University, Industry-University-Research Base of Hunan University, Yuelushan University Science and Technology City and more than 400 R&D institutions in the park, as well as 13 academicians from Yuan Longping, Huang Boyun and Zhong Zhihua, we have established 17 enterprise postdoctoral research centers, 6 national engineering centers and 8 national and provincial technology centers, with more than 1200 academicians.
