If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to his working experience in party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations below the county level. Working experience in units at or below the regimental level and the experience of retired soldiers in active service can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Those who apply for the central government and have worked in the city (prefecture) directly under the government can also be regarded as grassroots work experience. Servicemen, non-fresh graduates, on-the-job civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed with reference to the Civil Service Law are not allowed to apply.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, those who have been dismissed from civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the examination.
