Huazhong University of Science and Technology is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, one of the first comprehensive universities listed in the national "2 1 1 Project", "985 Project" and "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan", and a famous university listed in the national "1/Plan". In 2002, the software colleges of 35 universities in China became the first batch of national demonstration software colleges approved by the Ministry of Education, and were authorized to train MSE. School of Software, Huazhong University of Science and Technology is one of the 35 national demonstration software colleges approved by the Ministry of Education (Guo Han 200 16).
