Brief introduction of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University
The Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, formerly known as Sun Yixian Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen Medical University, is a large general hospital with a long history and glorious revolutionary tradition. Born in 1835, it was founded by Dr. peter parker, an American missionary. It is the earliest and longest-lasting hospital combining Chinese and Western medicine in modern China.
