Herzen International Art College is a secondary college of Shandong Normal University. It was approved by the Ministry of Education in April 2022. It is a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school without legal person qualification, and the only Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school for art higher education in Shandong Province.
