Are all the college teachers ready?
University teachers are career establishment. But not all teachers are making it up.

Not all university teachers have staff. At present, the staff of colleges and universities are also divided into two categories: career establishment and personnel agency. At present, most colleges and universities will prepare doctoral positions when recruiting, and those with doctoral degrees or below are personnel agents. Generally speaking, in a university, regardless of whether there is an establishment or not, the treatment of personnel is equal pay for equal work, and there is basically no difference in treatment, but the personnel agency is unstable in establishment, and each has its own advantages, depending on how you choose. At present, the relevant policies issued by the state tend to cancel the establishment, and the difference will decrease day by day.

Teachers, as staff members of public institutions, generally sign a five-year contract according to relevant regulations (generally only one contract is signed in actual operation) and enjoy the working treatment of public institutions according to relevant regulations, but the contract workers we refer to generally refer to temporary workers. Non-editing teachers are generally called substitute teachers.

Private universities are not prepared. Establishment usually refers to the establishment of institutions, the quota of personnel and the distribution of posts. The amount of financial allocation is set by the establishment departments at all levels, and the financial department allocates funds accordingly, which is usually divided into administrative establishment, career establishment and public welfare posts.
