Zhijiang Campus of Zhejiang University, located near the beautiful Moon Mountain and Pagoda of Six Harmonies on the Qiantang River, was originally the seat of Zhijiang University, and its predecessor was 1845 (the 25th year of Qing Daoguang), a book called Chongxin, which was founded in Ningbo.

Chongxin Yixue was moved from Ningbo to Hangzhou in 1867 (the sixth year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty), and was renamed as Yu Ying Yixue in 1887. It was officially called Yu Ying Academy in 1897, and a new school building was built in Yuelun Mountain in19/kloc in 907.
